However, we understand that occasionally a return may be necessary. Please read our return conditions carefully below.
Return Conditions

A return request can only be submitted after the package has been physically delivered.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any applicable international shipping or customs fees.

Items must be:

Unworn
-
Unwashed
-
Undamaged
-
In their original condition with all tags and labels attached

Trying on an item is permitted. Wearing it beyond fitting is not.
Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning items are not eligible for return.
Return Process

Submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing:

Once approved, you will receive the return address of our fulfillment partner.

The item must be returned at your own expense. Any shipping or customs costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Delivery & Address Responsibility
If tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
