Returns Policy

At Ellison Toronto, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. This document clearly outlines our returns policy.

Conditions for Returns

• You may only register a return after physically receiving the item.

• Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

• Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

• Returning products that have been deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to (partially) return is not allowed.

Return Process

1. Register your return by emailing Ellison Toronto within 30 days of receiving the item.

2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (based in China).

3. You must return the item at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping fees.

4. We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.

Refunds
Once the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

• We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

• If an incorrect address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

• Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
