3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are processed once full payment has been received. The available payment methods may vary per country. Customers are responsible for checking which payment methods are available in their location.

4. Processing and Delivery

• Processing time: 1–3 working days

• Shipping time: 3–7 working days (depending on location)

• Shipping takes place directly from our supplier in China

5. Returns and Cancellations
Please refer to our separate Returns Policy for all conditions.

6. Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipment if tracking shows that the parcel has been delivered. Always check the delivery address provided carefully.

8. Complaints Procedure
Complaints can be submitted in writing via Ellison Toronto. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
